Hi ladies! My name is Alia Gumby! I am a gym owner, a professional Muaythai fighter who has lived & fought in Thailand and have been a Muaythai coach for 6 years, basically an athlete all my life.

I would like to introduce “Muaythai” for weight loss program the way it is done for fighters, only my version is a much safer, easier and milder version. It has worked on me and everyone I have worked on provided you follow my guide, nutrition and push yourself hard.

My program would include:

90% cardio+whole body workout (Muaythai/Aerobics)

10% strength training + flexibility training.

Different meal plans each week and 24 hours access of fitness guidance and tips online.

T-shirts and equipments will be provided

Q Can I join your program if I am very unfit

Absolutely everyone is welcomed to join my program,. Contestants will be guided in a safe and effective approach to boost weight loss.

Q Are there any supplementary guides for contestants to follow?

Yes, I will be providing online and group fitness guide for my trainees and customized fitness plans and nutrition guides to aid weight loss.

Q Do I have to bring my own gloves for Muaythai sessions?

No, If you have yours please by all means but we will be providing gloves for contestants to use.

Q How many times a week are classes conducted?

-It is compulsory for contestants to attend at least twice a week on the weekends for 6 weeks however, contestants are more than welcomed to use the gym provided for open mat trainings and additional Muaythai/aerobics/HIIT training.
