Truthfully, I wasn’t born with the physique that I have right now. I was too focused on my career and tends to neglect my physical health.

However, I was inspired to change my life and starts working out. At first, workout is just a hobby for me, then I realized that working out have changed my life bit by bit and I start to treat workout as a necessity. Now I usually spent my time working out for 6 days in a week. A few years later not only I saw improvement on my health and outlook, but it helped me to avert my thinking to a more positive side!

As I gained more friends and garnered experience from being around them, I’ve learned that there is no way you can succeed unless you work hard for it. The harder you struggle the more glorious the triumph! Life has its ups and down but in the end, everything will work out.

The same concept can be applied in working out. You may feel like it’s painful but guess what? It’ll all pay off in the end and you can finally look back on your journey and say, “I did it.”

Fitness is one of the most important aspect of my life. I am glad to be given a chance to help everyone on this platform

Amat sesuai sekali untuk beginner, semua aktiviti akan direka mengikut kemampuan peserta.

Q Adakah peralatan sukan diperlukan?

Tidak, cuma pakaian sukan yang sesuai. Kebanyakan aktiviti menggunakan bodyweight.

Q Bolehkan peserta membawa kanak- kanak?

Boleh, asalkan tidak menggangu perjalanan aktiviti.
