I was once a boy who is weighted 135kg. Trying to lose weight but was lost in the middle of the journey. Finding ways to lose weight is a tough task for me at the starting. But now, I, Farhan Jai has transformed into a new me!
Most importantly, i would love to thank my Coach, Mel. He introduce me to this JK1M Program for the 8th season. 1st time knowing him is while im in the gym, struggling to step on the treadmill. He then came and approach me, talked to me about what is he currently doing, get me aware about JK1M and share with me his experience. I was convinced by him to take my 1st step to join JK1M then. Through out the 6 weeks program, he guide me all the way, and also provide me motivation to exercising. At first it was difficult for me. I would get out of breath just getting ready to exercise! Did I let that stop me? No!
Throughout the JK1M program, I did as much as I could. I got off the couch and spent time outside. I told myself if i would want to stop here, i never success. So i strengthen up my will power and continue proceeding! The fun part i got in this program that is actually i got to know more people like me that are struggling able to open their heart and encouraging each other through out! Motivate each other, giving all they have through out the training too!
My favourite exercise is the Battling Rope part, because, “Battle ropes offer full body strength training as well as cardio”, Battling rope exercise is especially great for targeting your core and upper body. Gradually, I was able to exercise more and more until I reached the point where I was able to jog quite a distance everyday.
With a such lovely and caring Coach Mel, that is what has helped me to lose almost 22 kg in 6 weeks. That is what has made it possible for me to do the things I want to do because I have the energy.
So when you ask me about what’s my goal weight?
i will actually tell you that I dont have one, because I will not define myself as a number. My journey is about feeling strong, confident, consistency and healthy.
You can make that same decision. I believe in you. Believe in yourself, lose the weight, and live the healthy lifestyle you have always wanted.
