Selepas bersalin dan menyusu dua orang anak my confident level so bad due to my weight gained dan selalu berasa lemah dan lesu. Tenaga always out. I joined Jom Kurus season 9 bersama team damansara last season and Alhamdullilah banyak perubahan diri I yang I’m proud of. I feel much more energetic, badan pun turun, lebih tone dan flexible. The best part the group is fun and we get to support each other. I enjoyed every single workout session with Fit & Fab team. Penuh dgn gelak tawa dan sharing yang sgt menarik.

Fun workout!

I lost the extra weight the healthy way. No weight loss pills or weight loss drinks, all I did was Working out 2 times a week with the team. The coaches has given me more confidence and has helped me love myself by making a new and healthier me! My marriage has been healthier too, and now my family is into staying fit.

Fun and awesome session

Since starting jom kurus season 9 I’ve lost 4 kilos, lowered my blood pressure, lowered my cholesterol, and increased my stamina. When i first started i thought i can’t dance and workout after but i was shocked after several sessions that i can keep up that kind of pace for an hour. Try it… you’ll love it! Thanks coach Dara Lini and Ereeq.

I genuinely enjoy going to class and having a laugh while training. Since I have started with them my confidence was improving and they has being so supportive since the very start… 100% recommend Fit&Fab Team Damansara to anyone looking to lose weight or to become fit in a comfortable environment. Was having fun with great coaches..they did superb job..supervised us closely and gave us lots of info about nutrition and so on.motivate us to push ourself to the extent that we thought that we can’t do it but eventually we can with their help.suprisingly myself build my own stamina..thanks..gonna join them again in future..
