The 6 weeks programme that I will provide will be a long term basis programme. In order to achieve any fitness goal, it is not merely about exercise. It requires knowledge about proper diet, nutrition and the right way to execute the exercises. Each activity will be different and not only you will be able to lose weight, you will also lose fats and build muscle at the same time! 😀 

My aim is not only for you to be able to lose weight during the programme but to continue to achieve your next fitness goals after the programme. This is a lifetime knowledge that you will be able to share with your loved ones.

Remember, it is never too early or too late to take care of yourself and your health. You have worked hard to earn that paycheck, why waste them on an endless medical bills?! It’s time for you to get your health on track.

Q Where will the programme be held?

According to the activity, different locations around Miri will be used and contestants will be informed.

Q Why do we have to pay to join the programme?

The fee will be used for the activities and the winner of the programme will get a prize! 😀

Q Is the programme suitable for beginners?


Q What if I don't see any progress?

Remember, the programme will only provide you the method and knowledge. It is all up to you and your discipline. Be dedicated and remember why you started to keep going. 😉

Q Can I pay by installment?

Unfortunately, no. The fee must be made on the registration day. CASH only. 🙂

Q What should I bring during the activity?

It is strongly advised that you bring a notepad, a pen, sports shoes, an extra t-shirt and a small towel. Any other extra materials needed will be informed. 🙂

Q I have not done any training for a long time, is this suitable for me?

Yes. The activities provided are for beginners. 😀

Q Can I bring my kids along?

Yes, you can! But just make sure they behave. 😉
