Mohd Firdaus adalah seorang jurulatih kecergasan yang professional, dengan rekod tinggi dalam testimoni pengurusan berat badan. Beliau bermula dengan 150kg dan menjadikan masalah berat badan serta kadar asid urik yang tinggi sebagai motivasi beliau untuk mengurangkan berat badan. Dengan teknik senaman yang betul dan diet yang seimbang, beliau berjaya menurunkan berat badan sebanyak 60kg! Coach Mohd Firdaus telah menjadi inspirasi terutamanya dalam komuniti “weight loss” di Malaysia dan kini dia tekad untuk membantu mereka yang mempunyai masalah untuk mengurangkan berat badan.

Dari tahun 2016 hingga kini, beliau aktif dalam menyertai Triathlon, Ironman Langkawi dan pelbagai jenis running event di Malaysia.

Coach Firdaus is a proficient, professional, efficient and fun to be with. His style of coaching is so subtle but highly impactful and work real well even for my age group of late 40’s. Much more, he is a living evidence of an unsung hero, ‘let the success makes the noise!’ – a 150kg to where he is today? He gave me sufficient information for me to navigate my diet intake and I am now feeling much pumped up than before. Thanks much for being so striving and supportive in my fitness transformation.

I never been so commited to stay healthy and fit until i meet this coach. The way he guide and train me was superb. And the best part is, this coach was very helpful and willing to share more than just a workout. I will totally recommend this coach!

The best trainer I had so far. SERIOUSLY!!!

I’ve been training with Dave for almost a years now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training twice a week, as part of a group session, really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the workout. Firdaus is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. Importantly: – He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. – He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I thoroughly enjoy working out in the outdoor environment, and would recommend Firdaus to anyone looking to improve their fitness and healthy lifestyle.

Great Coach, Motivater and Leader

Knowing him for the past 10 years have make me inspired about his weight loss and life journey. I met him when he just 1 month in the weight loss and health journey. He was over 160kg at that time. Because of the never give up attitude he lose more than 60kg in 11 month. Now he is helping others to do the same. Once he coach you, he will feel responsible for your health or weight loss journey! He will motivate you even you feel like giving up. You will never feel regret having him as your coach. So do i! 😊

Knowing him for more than 8 years before he become fitness trainer. Yes, used to be extremely fat. The new image of him bring lots of proven record to inspire the new & old generation to live healthy now. He can share from the topics of multi sports workout such as diet, core & cardio exercise and nutrition intake. Do join his fitcamp and multi workout session to experience yourself.
