Overview of my weight loss journey.
JOM KURUS 1 MALAYSIA musim ke-4, where my fitness journey started . Started on 14 january 2015 . With Coach Ridzman Rizuwan in Kepala Batas , Penang .
I started to gain weight to nearly 60 kg while i was studying in degree year 2012. A stepping stone to a new life style . a new habit . a new hobby . Started jk1m4 at early 2015 with an overweight BMI at 55 kg . Then ended jk1m4 the weight drop down to 47 kg. Then the weight loss series continued with full commitment in training and good eating habit. As off today, I manage to reach an ideal BMI at weight of 42 kg .

Join me and i will share the stories behind the journey. it was an extremely incredibly great. Lets create your own stories . the success stories of losing weight. Never to stress out the journey. We go through it together. Keep positivity in you. We learn and apply the beauty and the uniqueness of our body.
